The location is ideal, as it is situated between the Mission and the wharf, and just a short walk from State St. The free parking was a great bonus, as most hotels in the area charge high rates. The breakfast provided had a good variety of items to choose from, and the welcome glass of local wine was a lovely touch. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a patio. this place is classy, timeless, and offers top-notch service.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They helped us with everything from getting to our room to arranging transportation for a show. the room was impeccable, and we even received a hand-written note acknowledging our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel special. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from downtown and easily accessible to the wine country within 40 minutes.

One downside was that we lost our deposit due to the cancellation of our business meeting. It was disappointing, but understandable.

What a lovely little gem this boutique hotel was! the breakfast spread was a delicious mix of items that never got boring, and I loved the added touch of free 24-hour coffee and freshly baked cookies. the staff were friendly, chatty, and very helpful, providing me with plenty of maps and local knowledge to help me get around. the location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The fitness room was a bit small and limited in terms of equipment, but this was a minor issue. some of the rooms were a tad small, but they were cozy and comfortable nonetheless.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located gem in SB. The staff were friendly and helped with dinner reservations. The breakfasts were excellent and healthy, and the wine tasting in the Spanish courtyard was a lovely touch. The room with a terrace overlooking the pool was beautiful, and the Moulton Brown products in the bathroom were a nice bonus.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider range of hot food options, like scrambled eggs or make-it-yourself waffles.

Our family loved the large rooms with fireplace, complimentary breakfast, and extensive game and movie library. The front desk manager's thoughtful gesture of providing popcorn, cookies, and hot chocolate during the rain was a hit. The location is convenient for exploring shops and restaurants, and the covered parking was a bonus.
