Had a fantastic time on our romantic escape! the staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the cozy king bed with fluffy pillows and the private balcony. Plus, being near restaurants and entertainment was a huge bonus. the location at a red light made it easy to come and go without traffic hassle.

Sleep was disrupted by noisy neighbors and thin walls. the alarm next door went off multiple times, and the noise from slamming doors kept waking us up.

Convenient blackout curtains, pleasant balcony, easy checkout at 11am, generously sized pool, practical shampoo dispensers in showers.

My stay at Grand Smokies Resort Lodge was fantastic! I was in town for an event at the LeConte Center and found the hotel's location to be perfect. the room with hardwood flooring was a nice touch, and Rachel at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. the cleanliness of the room was impressive, and my daughter loved the pool and game room amenities. Additionally, receiving coupons for nearby attractions was a great bonus.

Can just recommend this hotel.

I always return for city trips. the staff printed my boarding pass on my first stay. This spot suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Indoor swimming pool, and Flat-screen TV. Also, a Lift, Cookware, Water slides, and Sun loungers. Plus, Air conditioning and No smoking policy.

The location of Grand Smokies Resort Lodge was perfect for exploring. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my accessible room provided ample space and a spacious walk-in shower. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

I found the hotel's location excellent, close to everything I needed for a dance competition. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering me a better deal on my room. the rooms were clean, and the indoor swimming pool was a nice addition.
