this so-called resort was a joke. the metal door frames were rotted and my sink dripped all night, the staff at the front desk was rude, as I just wanted to buy a shirt, and can someone explain why I didn’t get a welcome gift for enduring this nightmare? almost left a good review, but just couldn’t!

The indoor pool was wonderful, with a thrilling water slide and open until 1 a.m. The arcade added delightful entertainment for the kids.

The room I stayed in had a broken AC and the staff were unhelpful when I reported the issues,, which made for a disappointing experience.

i had a lovely stay at grand smokies resort lodge. the complimentary breakfast perk was a nice touch, especially having half-off options for others in my group. we also enjoyed the cool glass panels on the bridge that let us look down into the forest. the room was clean and equipped with a kitchenette, perfect for our family trip.

Had a fab little arcade, a pool perfect for splashing around, and a jacuzzi that was pure bliss. Hot water on demand is always a win! A decent fridge with a proper freezer, my kind of place!

However, I encountered a water surprise that wasn’t quite as refreshing as I’d hope. And let’s not even get started on the elevator saga—waiting forever is not my idea of luxury!

The indoor pool was huge and had this awesome water slide, perfect for a fun escape. We spent hours just enjoying the warmth of the water and the laid-back atmosphere it offered.

The location offered easy access to fun attractions. I enjoyed the game room and the swimming pool during my visit. However, I experienced discomfort with the bed, which impacted my sleep. Even though I liked the spa tub, I expected a cleaner room and better service. I had to deal with fresh towels only for three nights without proper cleaning. It made my stay less pleasant, but I still appreciated the amenities around the area.

location was perfect for hitting all the attractions and our room was ready right when we checked in the staff quickly helped us out with some of our concerns

Clean room with free parking. Water slides and game room were awesome! No hot water, though.

Our stay was filled with delightful memories. The room was clean, and we loved the friendly service. The pool was absolutely fantastic, with perfect temperature and a thrilling slide that kept our child entertained for hours!

We enjoyed some relaxing time on the sun loungers as well. One thing to note is the TV signal was a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin our good time. 😊

The bed was super comfy, and right outside the strip! The pool looked inviting, and they’re upgrading the place, so it should be fabulous soon.

The kitchenette came with the world's most uneven skillet and shower surprises—water drama was real! Who needs a relaxing shower with a side of faucet?

the buffet breakfast was like a nightmare, with rude hosts and only one measly coupon for 4 people. how thoughtful, right? i expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but alas, i just couldn't give a good review.

the cleanliness of the room was impressive, with fresh towels every day. the arcade had leaky roofs and half the games didn't work.

This place has charm, offering a great indoor pool that's nicely heated and a fun arcade for kids. The comfortable room had a jetted tub, though we noticed luggage carts were scarce during our stay. The staff, while friendly, could improve their evening service. Overall, a decent budget choice.
