The location was fantastic, as it was very close to popular attractions like Disney Springs and the theme parks. I had an easy time getting to the parks using the hotel's shuttle service or taking a taxi. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the beds were so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was very clean, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home, and the bartender provided excellent service. I also appreciated the quietness of the rooms, as the bathroom vent didn't automatically come on when the light was switched on.

I had a fantastic stay at Springhill Suites and was truly impressed. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and the living room area was spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special and went out of their way to assist me. The pool area with the palm trees and waterfall was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the Mickey Mouse waffles. The free shuttle to Epcot was very convenient. Despite a minor issue with the shower door, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

It’s so convenient to get to ALL Disney parks with just a short shuttle service ride or a quick taxi. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and modern, and the staff was extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful treat, and the spacious shower was a luxury. We loved the comfortable beds and enjoyed the beautiful view from our window.

Parking was a hassle due to the limited spaces available.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the hotel was also kept very clean and well-maintained, which was a big plus.

There were a few downsides to our stay. One of the main issues was the parking situation.

The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the delicious breakfast every morning. The pool was refreshing and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the parks. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

During our stay, we had an issue with our parking spot being too far from the hotel entrance. However, the friendly staff quickly resolved the situation and we were able to park closer for the remainder of our stay.

Comfortable beds, cold fridge, and working AC. Nearby Disney Springs and parks. Well-maintained property with clean rooms, common areas, and breakfast. Excellent breakfast with no worries.

The room was huge and clean, with a beautiful view of the fireworks. the staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was excellent, offering a mix of food for everyone. the location was amazing, just a short drive from Disney Springs and Universal.

Some guests mentioned not having enough towels in their suites. It would be great if the hotel could provide more towels for the comfort of their guests.

Good location, central and convenient for theme parks and attractions. Beautiful and newly renovated hotel with great amenities. Comfortable and clean rooms, with spacious seating area for relaxation. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options available.

Inconsistent service, with delays in responding to requests and not cleaning the room. Long lines at the breakfast bar.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a Disney vacation. The property was clean, updated, and conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from Disney Springs. The hotel offered free parking and a complimentary shuttle service to Disney parks and other theme parks. The room was comfortable, the pool was nice, and the breakfast had a great variety of food. a fantastic stay!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of towels for our whole family. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was a good size, stocked with all the shower essentials we needed. The hot breakfast was a hit, especially the adorable Mickey-shaped waffles. They also had a great selection of coffee, tea, juices, cereal, fruits. It was just awesome!

The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. We felt very well looked after, with nothing being too much trouble.
