The staff was exceptional and friendly, which made our stay very pleasant. They allowed us a later checkout so my kids could shower and rest before heading back to our swim meet. the breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was kind and helpful. We also loved the location, as it was close to the university, restaurants, and shopping.

The mattresses were quite hard and had a dip in the middle, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. the pullout bed mattress and the couch were also not very comfortable for sleeping.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to public transport and some amazing local restaurants. The rooms are well-appointed with 2 comfortable emperor beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and attentive, and breakfast is included with delicious options.

The stay at this hotel during New Year's was fantastic. It had a complimentary breakfast with fresh food and great service. the staff was extraordinary, providing us with a laundry service and recommendations for local restaurants. the hotel was also located in a safe and convenient area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the amazing service and well-maintained facilities made our stay special.

The pillows in the room were too soft, and the bed was a bit too firm. the lack of sufficient lighting in the parking lot made it difficult to navigate at night.
