Great location, needs some TLC

The location is super convenient for getting to nearby areas. Rooms are clean and comfy, which was a plus. Breakfast was decent too. the pool was out of service when we arrived, and the lobby is kinda outdated, needing some serious updates. Staff were nice, but there were a lot of little issues.

The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was clean and inviting. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home during our romantic escape. the rooms were clean and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. the location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to downtown Salem and Marblehead, allowing us to easily explore the area.

The bathroom area in our room was quite small for the number of people the room was supposed to accommodate. we noticed some cleanliness issues, such as hairs on the beds, in the shower, and on the toilet.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a nice "bar" area. Despite the hotel being busy, the rooms and halls were surprisingly quiet. The hot breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the staff, they were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Great value for money, excellent room, convenient location, and exceptional staff!

The only small thing that could have made the breakfast even better was if they had proper metal cutlery instead of plastic utensils.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Peabody for a family trip to Boston. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was delicious and extensive, and the hotel had great amenities like a pool and gym. The room was spacious, perfect for families or working from the room, and the included kitchenette was a bonus. we had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at this venue! Its strategic position on the east coast made it easy for us to visit both Salem and Boston. The staff was amazing, not only being very polite and attentive but also providing us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, a hair dryer, and towels. We were impressed with the dining options, including the amazing breakfast buffet, which was constantly replenished by the staff.

Despite a few minor issues, like difficulty finding the entrance and the lack of a freezer for my medication, I would still recommend this hotel. it was a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the Boston North Shore area, which was the perfect location for our family with two small kids. We were close to numerous activities, shops and restaurants, so there was never a dull moment. We were impressed with the spacious room, modern décor and cleanliness. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety, including donuts and hot dishes. We appreciated the kind staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The outdated TV, but this was a minor issue given how much we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were excellent, offering assistance with a flat tire and checking on us throughout our stay. Briana Jurs was especially amazing. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and close to everything.

We stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend while attending a swim meet in Marblehead. The spacious rooms with a seating area were perfect for our family of four. The room had a microwave and fridge, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and a friendly staff member who entertained the kids. The hotel's location was ideal for both exploring Boston and getting to our destination quickly, with easy access to the I95 and only a short drive to downtown. Ample parking and delicious coffee were additional bonuses.
