The room at Springhill Suites was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. It had a modern design, with a large TV that had access to all streaming services. the AC worked well, and the shower was roomy. the bed was large and comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep on it. the breakfast provided was also great, and the quiet and spacious lobby made it a perfect spot for remote work. the staff were polite and friendly, and the hotel's location was excellent, with the national aquarium just a 20-minute walk away. the fact that this hotel is housed in an old bank building adds to its architectural charm. We found the staff to be helpful and the check-in/check-out process to be a breeze. Despite being on the sixth floor near the elevator, our room remained peaceful and quiet.

the location was great, not far from other attractions like the inner harbor and stadium. the hotel was surrounded by theaters and had good options for quick bites. the room was sparkling clean, with clean air and a comfortable bed. the breakfast had all the staples and the lobby had free coffee. I had a very enjoyable stay and rested well.

The hotel was modernized and kept clean. The staff were professional and nice. There is a 24-hour hot beverage station available. The key card access to the elevator is a nice feature. The location is great, especially for conferences at the convention center. It is not far from other Baltimore attractions.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in downtown Baltimore for my event at CFG Arena. The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, just a quick walk to the arena. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the AC was quiet. a great experience.

Great value hotel in a "normal urban life" neighborhood. Friendly staff, large comfortable room, and decent breakfast. Central location, but maybe next time I'll stay in Washington DC for a higher price.
