I faced issues with parking that were frustrating. The garage was overcrowded, and it was a struggle to find a spot. It was particularly inconvenient when we had to make a 30-point turn to exit. The service when I called about my missing charging cable was unhelpful, and it was disappointing that no one could communicate in Chinese as promised.
