Our stay was mind-blowing! The hotel was smack in the middle of all the action, and it was super clean. The staff, especially the breakfast lady, were so friendly and kept everyone smiling. Our room was spacious and comfortably fit all five of us. The price was a bit high, but totally worth it! We even had a few friends over for drinks before heading out - it was perfect! The city view from our room was jaw-dropping, and check-in was quick and easy. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfy beds and a smart TV. The location was great, close to amazing restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of tasty food. The room was clean, the housekeeping prompt, and the staff polite. The bed was super comfortable, and the downtown view was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring all the tourist spots. our stay was exceptional, with great amenities like parking, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour reception. The location was super convenient because we were able to easily hit up all the coolest spots in Chicago. We were just steps away from the Magnificent Mile, where we shopped till we dropped. The Theatre District was also right nearby, so we caught an awesome show. And of course, Navy Pier was a blast with all the rides and attractions. We had the best time exploring the city and coming back to our comfy hotel room!

The only thing that could have made our trip even better would be if the hotel had a rocking party room. We were feeling the party vibes and it would have been amazing to have a designated space where we could hang out with our friends and have a blast.

We had a fantastic stay at Springhill Suites! We were a group of three and the room they gave us with a king-sized bed and a couch was absolutely beautiful. The view of the main street was great, and we loved that we were within walking distance of popular restaurants like Rainforest, Portillos, and Hard Rock. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From surprise birthday gifts to generous offers to take home breakfast food, their excellent customer service truly stood out. The hotel itself was clean and easy to check into, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great value and perfect location! We were able to walk to all the nearby attractions and the hotel was conveniently located near some amazing spots. the rooms were beautifully renovated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast attendants were fantastic as well. Plus, having breakfast included in the price was a definite bonus.

There were a few things that could have been better. the hot tub was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and within walking distance of many popular sites. It was in a very convenient area, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions we were interested in. The staff was outstanding, from the front desk to housekeeping. They provided helpful suggestions and even arranged an Uber with coupons for us. The room we had was beautiful, with a king-sized bed and a couch. We enjoyed a fantastic view of the main street. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so generous, offering us to take home any leftovers. the service and experience at this hotel were exceptional.

The Springhill Suites Downtown/River North offered a comfortable room with no view, but it wasn't an issue. The staff quickly resolved our TV issue and moved us to another room. The hot shower and daily free breakfast were great. The lobby had plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere, with a cozy bar. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and activities nearby. The River Walk was just a couple of blocks away. We plan on staying at this location again.

Everything was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room, provided helpful directions and dining suggestions, and even held our luggage for us.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We loved the location which was right in the heart of downtown and in the popular River North district. The hotel was right in the area that we prefer most, with restaurants and shops/commercial services nearby. The service was excellent here, with very efficient service from the desk clerk who checked us in and provided water to the lovely lady at breakfast who announced that if there were any problems we should let her know and she would fix it. The staff made up for any shortcomings with their professionalism and courteous attitude.

My friends and I stayed at Springhill Suites for our trip to the home of the Blues. The staff, especially Jacqueline at reception and Conrad and David at the front door, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost item. The location of the hotel was perfect, with great dining options nearby like Sullivans steak house. The room was comfortable and the free breakfast had a good variety. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early and check out late. a great experience!
