During my recent stay at Springhill Suites, I had a minor issue with my room reservation. I had booked a King Suite with a king bed, but upon check-in, I was informed that the room was not available. However, the staff, specifically Lindsey, went above and beyond to assist me. She provided us with a suite with two queen beds, adjusted our rate, and even offered us some snacks from the snack bar. This level of customer service truly impressed me.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. I had requested maid service by placing the door hanger out at around 9 am, but it did not seem to be received.
