I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms, a refreshing pool area, and a well-kept lobby. The parking situation was convenient, with free parking permits provided, saving me from the hassle of searching for parking downtown. The location was great, as it was close to Central City and the riverboat discovery tour, which was a great help.

They also promptly addressed a noisy neighbor situation and accommodated my delayed shuttle by letting me check out later. The suites were perfect, like little studio apartments, and always clean. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of entertainment choices on the TV. The hotel's location in the downtown area was great, right across from a park and in front of the Chena river. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help with any needs.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in downtown Fairbanks for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The Chena River views were beautiful, and the shuttle service was a convenient way to get around. Additionally, the hotel restaurant served delicious food with vegetarian options. it was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Big room layout with 2 double beds, one sofa-bed, and a desk. Multiple plugs for power and WiFi. Kitchen area with microwave and fridge. Kind front desk staff. No breakfast service but packed b'fast items. Convenient downtown location despite homeless presence. Feeling grateful.

This hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Fairbanks, right across the street from a park and in front of the Chena River. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to popular attractions such as the Morris Thompson cultural center and the ice museum.
