We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as we were passing through the area. There were plenty of food options nearby, including a big Bass Pro Shop store. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we found the parking to be convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location within walking distance of the Mid-America Center was a major highlight for us.

We chose this hotel for its location, which is right next to where our event in the Omaha area is taking place. On the bright side, the bed in our room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The air conditioning in the couch area was not working properly and the stains on the couch were a huge turn-off. It’s hard to relax and feel comfortable in the room with these issues.

Our stay at Springhill Suites was great! The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the Old Market district, which we used and it was very convenient. The room was nice and clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful with dining recommendations. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Although the overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor issues. the sleeper couch cushions in our room were stained and unappealing.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Council Bluffs. the hotel offered excellent value for money, with competitive prices that didn't break the bank. Additionally, the staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and always went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Moreover, the basic amenities in the room were just what I needed, with a comfortable sofa for the kids to sleep on and two beds. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including some healthy choices, which was a pleasant surprise.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I couldn't fault anything.
