The staff at Springhill Suites was amazing! They were friendly, respectful, and attentive. The hotel was located in a great spot, close to everything we needed. Special shoutout to Antonio for his excellent customer service and welcoming demeanor. If I ever visit Durham again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

The location is fantastic with convenient access to RTP. There is a Walmart across the street and plenty of brunch options nearby. The staff at the front desk, particularly the two ladies, were amazing and provided excellent service throughout our entire stay.

During a recent baseball tournament, I had the pleasure of staying at a well-located hotel near a shopping center with an array of nice restaurants. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, allowing me to feel like I wasn't in cramped quarters. The breakfast was tasty. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel provides plenty of facilities, and the rooms have an excellent view of the city.

The standout of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the staff. I had a medical emergency and the chef, Américo, showed exceptional care and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The level of kindness and consideration was truly remarkable. The layout of the room was perfect for us, with a separate area for relaxation and work. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as a missing extra blanket and a minor reservation mix-up, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful and peaceful stay.

The hotel was recently renovated and looks brand new. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast offered a good variety. We had some trouble with our key, but the staff was quick to assist. we had a pleasant stay at Springhill Suites.
