I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, especially the front desk ladies and the night shift gentlemen, were extremely nice and pleasant. The shuttle driver, Diego, was very friendly and interactive. The breakfast area staff were also great. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and facilities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the TVs were nice. The suite had a nice layout with a couch, desk, and small kitchen area. The property had a nice pool and gym, and the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport every hour, which was very convenient. The location was also great, close to shops and very close to the cruise port.

By noon, we were settled into a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast options were fantastic, with plenty of seating available. The hotel's location across from a shopping plaza with restaurants was convenient and added to our overall positive experience.
