i previously stayed in windsor locks, but this time springhill suites really exceeded my expectations in just one short stay. the room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower. the free breakfast had great coffee that fueled my day perfectly.

breakfast options were limited for early flyers.

The large suite layout was great for our group, with comfortable beds and a separate area for the shower and toilet, which worked really well for us. The kitchenette was a nice touch, adding a convenience we appreciated during our stay.

However, the bathroom design isn't the best. sliding doors offer zero privacy, and sound doesn't stay contained, which can be awkward with more than one occupant. Additionally, I noticed a persistent odor upon entering the room, and while the breakfast was average, the options were limited, especially for early flights with no early service available. The indoor pool was disappointingly small and definitely not warm enough for a comfortable swim after a long day.

The pool is disappointingly small and a bit chilly!!! The awkward TV positioning makes it a struggle to watch comfortably!!! Housekeeping was not as frequent as I would prefer, impacting overall cleanliness!!!

I absolutely loved how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed felt after a long flight! The spacious design with a separate area for the shower and toilet was perfect for my family. Plus, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with healthy options that kept us fueled for our adventures!

Really enjoyed the big room with two queen beds and a comfy sofa. The staff were super friendly, and the layout was quite spacious for the family. A little brekkie at Dunkin’ just outside was a lifesaver!

The pool by the way was small and echoey with the kids splashing around.
