I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, especially the well-equipped exercise room. Additionally, I appreciated the convenient parking options available. The location of the hotel was perfect, with excellent restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. Finally, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, promptly responding to emails and making any necessary adjustments.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had an amazing stay at Springhill Suites! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like family. The lady serving breakfast was always attentive, cleaning and smiling throughout the morning. The room was lovely, with the only downside being outdated chargers and gym equipment. I highly recommend this hotel for the warm welcome and exceptional service.

The design of the bathroom sink area was not ideal. It was small and didn't have a door separating it from the bedroom where others were sleeping.

As a light sleeper, I loved the comfortable bed, and the see-through stand-up shower was a unique touch. The separate living room and bedroom sections of the room made it even more convenient.

Additionally, the value for money is exceptional, offering a comfortable stay at affordable prices.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was conveniently close to excellent restaurants, karaoke spots, and even a casino. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, this was a major plus for us. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to fulfill any request. The free breakfast had a great selection and even included gluten-free options, perfect for someone like me with Celiac disease. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, and the internet TV was a nice bonus. The body wash provided in the rooms was surprisingly great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find almond milk available for those with milk allergies. a fantastic stay!

While I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, there were a couple of drawbacks. One major issue was the noise level from neighboring rooms.

The free breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. the location near the freeway and a shopping mall was also convenient. the gym was well-maintained and had adequate equipment.

The room smelled moldy and the carpets were damp. the bathroom was also not very clean.
