Amazing guest services! The front desk assistant was so friendly and helpful during my stay. She provided all the information I needed, including breakfast times, and didn't rush me at all. It made my stay with a newborn so much easier. Also, the hotel had great value. The recently renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff was exceptional. They even stored a forgotten item for me and I was able to recover it easily.

The only downside was that they overbooked and didn't bother to call anyone. When I arrived late at night after a long drive, I was told they didn't have a room for me.
