Upon arrival, the front desk staff was not accommodating at all. Our first room had cleanliness issues, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, there were limited luggage storage options, making it difficult to keep our belongings organized during our stay.

The staff were truly fantastic, especially Miss Jean at the front desk, whose warmth made us feel right at home! Breakfast was satisfying and organized—no crumbs left unaddressed here!

The room key system encountered issues that disrupted our stay. Additionally, the pull-out sofa bed lacked comfort, hindering a good night’s sleep. Expected better for the price.

during my stay in bloomington, springhill suites exceeded my expectations. the spacious room setup made it easy to relax and the breakfast was well organized and clean. their friendly staff provided helpful service, making it a pleasant experience during my visit to nearby attractions.

no parking spaces at all! I had to risk fines just to park my car, what a lovely welcome. Also, the pool was closed for who knows how long, yet not a single staff member offered assistance or made it right. I almost gave a good review, but honestly, I expected a courtesy upgrade or complimentary treat for my troubles, and that was just too much to ask apparently.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options, including delicious orange juice. The pool was the smallest I've seen and made it a bit disappointing. They offered bicycle rentals, which was a fun way to explore the area. Overall, a solid stay.

The location is quite lovely, being near the airport, and the staff are exceptionally friendly (shoutout to Miss Jean! ). Breakfast options were well organized and tasty (we loved the variety!

However, the pool could be warmer and a bit more attention to shower pressure would improve the experience.

Convenient Stay Near Mall of America

Had a comfortable stay for one night. The staff was helpful, and the location next to the Mall of America was perfect for shopping. I enjoyed the spacious room setup, just wish the wifi was more reliable. For a quick business trip, it worked well!

the springhill suites offered a great atmosphere with friendly staff! the bar had personal pan pizzas that were a lifesaver after a long day. breakfast was varied and filling, definitely one of the better spreads we've seen! 😊

It was just a fine choice for a brief visit in Bloomington with exceptional value. The breakfast was especially nice, offering a good variety which made mornings enjoyable. Be sure to check the pool hours ahead of time, just in case!
