Didn't dislike anything about the property

I stayed at Springhill Suites for 4 nights during my visit to Norfolk. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to ODU and close to great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent dining recommendations and site-seeing suggestions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The healthy breakfast options were a delightful start to my busy days.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was ideal for us as it was right across the street from Old Dominion College. It couldn't have been any closer. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We also appreciated the convenience of parking on the first floor of the parking garage as our room was on the first floor. It made coming and going a breeze.

The hotel's location is convenient with an easy walk to the campus and close to the tournament. The room was clean and accommodating for families with a comfortable bed and a hot shower with good water pressure. The hotel had a pool and weight room available for guests.

Housekeeping was lacking as trash was rarely picked up and towels were never picked up.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and accommodating, especially the front desk and dining area staff. They were helpful during a stressful situation when I forgot to pack a cord needed for my presentation. They provided words of encouragement and even helped me find a solution. Additionally, the breakfast provided was surprisingly good, with fluffy eggs and plentiful sausage patties. The hotel's location was also a key advantage, with a 7-11 just a couple of blocks away.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The room felt dated, with a dirty window and pixelized TV channels.

Great location for visiting ODU campus, with convenient access to nearby student dorms/halls. Garage parking available for $8/day. Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit and healthy options. Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space for families.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Old Dominion University and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect for my visit, as it was just a short walk to the university campus and only half a block away from the main street with plenty of restaurants. It made exploring the area so easy!

The facility was fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, professional, and eager to please. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and close to a college. The spa, pool, and breakfast were all excellent. As a budget traveler, I was impressed with everything Springhill Suites at ODU had to offer.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.
