The location was great, close to downtown and local bars. The staff was wonderful and fulfilled all our needs. The room was beautiful with comfortable beds and a trundle for the kids. The hotel had a charging station at the desk and an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. It was a luxurious feeling hotel at a great price.

We had an exceptional stay at Springhill Suites. The accommodations were perfect for our needs as disabled professionals. The shower and pool were accessible and exceeded our expectations. The night desk staff, Logan, provided outstanding service and made our stay a wonderful experience. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was conveniently located near local bars and had a close proximity to downtown. Additionally, the shower and pool facilities were exceptional, especially for a disabled person like myself. the staff, particularly Logan at the night desk, provided prompt and courteous service and went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the parking cost of $10.00 was excessive considering the location in Butler, PA. Secondly, the beds in the room were extremely hard and there were no extra pillows available.

We loved the modern, spacious rooms and the wonderful breakfast options for diabetics. The location was perfect for our needs. a great stay!

This hotel was a great choice for my recent visit! the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. I also loved the fact that the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and drug stores. To top it off, the gym and pool were fantastic and added to the overall luxurious feel of the stay.

There were a few aspects that could use some improvement. the beds were too new and firm, which resulted in some back soreness.
