As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient downtown location, perfect for exploring the city. The spacious rooms easily accommodated our group of friends and the staff were quick to help and provided excellent service. The continental breakfast had a great variety of choices and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel even offered a shuttle service to Temple Square, making it easy for us to see the sights without any hassle. the facilities, staff, and location were exactly what we needed for our stay.

Felt really welcomed, no reason to complain.

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and yogurt. the hotel also had useful amenities such as an indoor pool and whirlpool, as well as a small fitness center. Additionally, the location was convenient, being only 10 minutes away from the airport and situated in a downtown area.

Upon arrival, I was informed that the double room I had booked was not available, and I had to settle for a king suite with a pullout sofa-bed. To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy, with no soap or shampoo provided.
