We recently stayed at Springhill Suites in downtown Savannah for a few nights with our 7-month old baby. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to all the major attractions without having to constantly get our baby in and out of the car. The breakfast was delicious and the valet service was exceptional. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were all friendly and genuinely helpful. We were impressed with the level of service and would recommend this hotel.

Staff returned my forgotten shower bag, leaving a lasting impression. With Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and outdoor pool, it suits me perfectly. No pets or smoking. Ideal for my holiday return.

It's so close to the Davenport House Museum and the Cathedral, where we took tons of selfies. Plus, the Amusement and Sports Park was just a short hop away, perfect for our thrill-seeking hearts!

We wished there was a livelier nightlife scene around the hotel for some wild late-night fun.

The hotel's charming decor and cozy sitting areas made me feel right at home, and the wide hallways and elevator accessibility were perfect for senior people like myself. The hotel's central location in the historic district allowed me to easily explore the cobblestone streets, visit the Telfair Museum of Art, and immerse myself in Savannah's rich history. It was a delightful experience to sip on the complimentary coffee in the lobby and chat with other visitors, adding to the warmth of the hotel.

This place is ideally located in the heart of the historic district, so everything is within walking distance. The staff here is amazing and always ready to help at any time of the day. They provided top-notch personal service and attention to detail, from check-in to room service. The room was well-designed, sound-proof, comfortable, and had useful amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. Besides the splendid dining restaurant, there were many other shops and commercial services available on-site to enjoy. Also, the leisure amenities like the outdoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city. I felt like I was in the center of everything, with Savannah Civic Center, City Market, and Forsyth Park all within walking distance. It was like having the whole city at my doorstep, making my stay full of exciting adventures.

Room lock malfunction.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for the Rock and Roll marathon. The staff was super helpful and genuinely kind, even though they were exhausted from the busy event. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants, shopping, and sights. The valet parking was easy and eliminated any parking issues. The pool was fantastic, being outdoor and heated, perfect for early March. the staff was wonderful, the room design was comfortable and efficient, and there was always good coffee available.

The staff here are top-notch; they're friendly, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile. The rooms are spacious and clean, and while some of the furniture could use an update, it doesn't detract from the overall comfort. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options, including healthy choices.
