Coffee cups were too small for my needs.

I faced several issues during my stay that should have been addressed. The noise levels were unbearable. I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms very clearly, which severely impacted my sleep. The breakfast area was far too cramped, leading to long lines and an overall frustrating experience. I also found the rooms lacking in maintenance. my mini fridge didn’t work, adding to my disappointment.

my previous stay in bothell was pretty average, but this time, holiday inn & suites bothell an ihg really exceeded my expectations during a wedding celebration. the room was clean and spacious, and the staff made everything feel smooth and easy. overall, a fantastic experience that made the occasion even more special.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfy bedding and a good layout. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and a nice sofa area. The bathroom was large, equipped with free toiletries and good water pressure. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and fitness center. Breakfast had a nice variety of options too, which was a plus.

Consider asking for a room on a quieter side of the hotel, as noise can travel between rooms and from the parking area.

breakfast was ok, but the portion was definitely not fit for royalty. the staff couldn’t even figure out my reservation, can you believe it? and don't get me started on the closed pool! i almost thought about giving a good review, but the lack of special treatment made it impossible. this place is just unexceptable.

My room was huge with this lekker kitchenette and super comfy bed for a long night’s sleep. The staff were really chommies and sorted out my little issues quickly! Got to really chill and have a good time here!

Shame, the pool and hot tub were closed when I wanted to relax, that was a bit of a bummer.

Comfortable stay, ideal if you're looking for a great breakfast and attentive service.

the lobby was dirty upon arrival, but the room was excellent with a nice arrangement of a kitchenette and living area. enjoyed the comfy bed and clean bathroom! the staff were friendly and helpful too!
