We checked in early and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodating staff. They allowed us to retrieve a forgotten item from our room and even let us take a shower before it was ready. The food was delicious and they catered to our dietary restrictions. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including gluten and dairy-free choices.

We had to go get an extra blanket ourselves and the pool was small and not very warm, with no hot tub.

As foreign tourists visiting Seattle, we loved the convenient location of Springhill Suites. It was within walking distance to shopping areas and Gilman Village, making it easy for us to explore and experience the local scene. The room layout was fantastic, with a comfortable sofa bed and a separate desk area, providing us with ample space to relax and work. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the fridge/drinks area was well-maintained. The presence of coffee in the lobby throughout the day was a nice touch, ensuring we always had a hot cup of joe nearby. And we absolutely adored the true closet in the room - it was a delightful surprise!
