We've stayed here multiple times and we always look forward to coming back. The location is perfect, as we can drive to several wineries within 15 minutes and there are so many great restaurants around. The service is impressive, with wedding services, laundry, and wake up calls available. The rooms are always clean and well-equipped, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sitting area, a hair dryer, and a refrigerator/microwave/kitchenette available. The staff at reception desk is always helpful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast is delicious.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The check-in staff were accommodating, providing us with a room suitable for my wife's wheelchair and oxygen needs. The room itself was well-designed with a high ceiling, separate toilet from the shower and sink, and a modern layout. The hotel also had helpful amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and separate desk area in the room, as well as free wifi and coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times.

Located conveniently near many shops and restaurants, this hotel is a great choice. It is also near the many wineries located east and close to the wineries themselves. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the free in-room coffee is a bonus. The breakfast is exceptional, with plenty of variety and fresh offerings.
