The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. From check in to check out, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities that added to the enjoyment of our romantic escape.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not impressed with. the cleanliness of the room was not up to our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the Aspire residence. The location was absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views of the mountains in the Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved sitting on the porch with a glass of wine, taking in the scenery. The interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated with historical items that added to the charm. It felt like we were staying in a monument or a museum, truly a unique experience.

While our stay at this hotel was wonderful, we did find that the reception desk personnel lacked the knowledge and personality expected in customer service. They were not very helpful when it came to providing information about the town or getting around.

Staying at Stanley Hotel was a dream come true for me and my best friend. It lived up to our expectations! The hotel was absolutely fabulous with its beautiful grounds and rich history. The ambiance was great, especially on a cold night. The staff, including a bartender named Brandon from Kansas, made sure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's proximity to downtown Estes, Rocky Mountain NP, and the wedding we attended was very convenient. it was a fantastic stay filled with adventure and fun.

Everything was fantastic.

We absolutely loved the room, with its fantastic view and the most comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom was luxurious, and we enjoyed soaking in the jetted tub while admiring the view from the antique window. The hotel's location was perfect, as we could easily walk to several restaurants and shops. Additionally, the hotel offered a ghost tour that allowed us to see things most guests wouldn't have access to.

The management was poor, taking hours to resolve a room issue and lacking follow-through. The room layout was awkward and very dark.

I had a great time at this hotel! The attention to detail is amazing - the rooms are so authentic and the staff are really helpful. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring the area, and the prices are very reasonable. I loved that breakfast was included, and the basic amenities were great. it was an amazing experience and I can't wait to come back.

I was excited to stay at this hotel due to its historic nature and location just off the center. Although the breakfast was not provided, local restaurants were excellent options for meals. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive with comfortable beds and well-designed gardens to enjoy.

I was disappointed to find broken tiles in the garden area.

The bar, although be mindful of card charges, had a fun atmosphere. the hotel had an excellent staff and a charming historic atmosphere, making it a great place to stay for anyone seeking a unique and enjoyable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
