Friendly and helpful staff, proximity to dining and shopping areas, and the quaint old square nearby were all definite highlights of our stay.

During my Xmas stay, the house was charming with high ceilings and large rooms, offering a cozy and lovely atmosphere. Its location just a couple of blocks from the town square was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast experience, with delicious homemade meals served at a communal table, fostering a friendly and social atmosphere among guests.

One downside was the noise from the nearby train, especially in the more budget-friendly rooms. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues with the door locks, causing inconvenience during my stay.

When I first stayed, staff helped with my evening plans. Everything I need is here - Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Electric kettle, Hiking. Wheelchair access. Perfect fit. No pets, Air conditioning, No smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

Stanley House Inn is an adorable place, easy to navigate like the pictures. Check-in was a breeze! Enjoyed the good breakfast at the big table meeting other guests. Shower water temperature and pressure were awesome. Rooms are charming, with high ceilings and lovely slanted ceilings. Perfect location close to a square with great dining options. Will definitely return.
