The spacious suite provided privacy and comfort with TVs in each room and two bathrooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The free breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The arboretum location was convenient for accessing downtown and 290. The staff was friendly and allowed an early check-in.

The staff at Sonesta Es Suites went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. We had to change rooms due to a cockroach issue, but the staff quickly accommodated us and made sure we were taken care of. The suite itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with convenient parking and close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. We were also thrilled that the hotel was pet-friendly and didn't charge for our senior dog. the staff, location, and amenities at Sonesta Es Suites made for a pleasant stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks to our stay at Sonesta Es Suites. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective, which made it difficult for us to manage our allergies at night.

The staff were friendly, and the outdoor area with the pool and fire pit was fantastic. The rooms were clean, and the free breakfast and happy hour were a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and amenities.

Great find! We stumbled upon this gem during our Easter getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchenette was a bonus, allowing us to prepare some of our own meals. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to Austin city center. Additionally, the hotel's back area with the pool, fire pit, and game area was a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time with family.

While there were many positives, there were a couple of downsides. the pool area where the sunloungers were located was shaded for a large part of the day, which was a bit disappointing.

The location of this hotel is convenient for getting around Austin. The rooms are clean, updated, and spacious, with comfortable beds. The hotel offers a good breakfast selection. It is a quiet place to stay.
