Nice place with helpful staff

The staff here were super nice and helpful, especially the front desk. Rooms are big and comfy, which was great for our late-night stay. The kitchenette was a nice touch too! A small bummer was that the breakfast was kinda limited, and some areas seemed a bit run down. it's decent if you're just passing through.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! the lobby and breakfast were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I was pleasantly surprised by the high-end feel of the hotel and the exceptional service provided by the staff. the location was perfect for my business trip, with convenient access to the airport and local attractions. Additionally, I appreciated the well-appointed rooms and the extra amenities such as the fully equipped kitchenette.

There were a couple of things that I did not appreciate during my stay. there was a lack of communication from the checkout staff in regards to the shuttle service.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and our room was spacious and accommodating. The staff treated us wonderfully, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and positive.

The morning meal could be improved by having a toaster and microwave available in the breakfast area for guests to use at the tables.

We loved the close proximity to Dulles Airport and the convenience of the free airport shuttle. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us with our transportation needs. The location was also great, with shops nearby and easy access to the airport. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The breakfast buffet served in the clubhouse was very impressive, with a wide variety of options available.

As a woman traveling alone, I appreciated the excellent breakfast and spacious room at Sonesta Es Suites. The hotel's convenient distance from the airport and free shuttle service were also great features.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect - peaceful and not too far from everything. The service was great too, with laundry facilities and a free airport shuttle. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette and tea/coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and kept the room clean despite the limited service.

We recently stayed at Sonesta for a weekend getaway. The staff, from the front desk to the airport driver, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, and we loved being able to do our laundry for free. The hotel's breakfast selection was impressive and delicious. we felt well taken care of and would definitely return.

I recently stayed at the Sonesta for a quick visit to IAD. The staff was incredibly helpful and the suites were comfortable and conveniently located. I appreciated the free breakfast and dinners, which were delicious. As a pet owner, I was thrilled that they allowed pets. The evening snacks and free beer were a nice touch as well. This was my second visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, well-priced room, grab and go breakfast, close to airport and stores, home-like atmosphere, no shared corridors or elevators.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is conveniently located near Dulles International airport, within a short drive from restaurants and stores. The spacious and clean rooms offer comfortable beds, functional TV and Wi-Fi and a 24/7 gym. The accommodating staff provides shuttle service to the airport and surrounding areas, and a delicious complimentary breakfast adds a nice touch to the stay.

The bathroom locks were not functioning properly in some of the rooms, which could pose a safety risk for guests.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food and drink options. The shuttle service was excellent, providing convenient transportation to the airport and other destinations. The suite I stayed in was spacious and clean, perfect for a family. The comfortable bed and tidy room made for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to love.

My stay at this hotel over New Year's was great! the rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, so I was able to stay connected. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk clerk who greeted me warmly even though I arrived in the early hours of the morning. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport, which made my travels much easier. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and the fruit and muffin provided by the operations manager when I overslept were a nice touch.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. there was only decaffeinated coffee in my room, even though there should have been one pack of caffeinated coffee as well.

The location was perfect, close to the airport and convenient for our travel plans. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

One downside was that the bathroom layout was a bit odd, with the sink area open to the bedroom and the toilet and shower crammed into a small space. Additionally, the breakfast started late on weekends, which was inconvenient for us as we had to catch an early shuttle.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The spacious suite with a combined kitchen and living area, along with two separate bedrooms, was clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk and shuttle staff, including Yvette, Louise, Jimmy, Julie, and the morning desk guy. The hotel is located in a nice residential area, offering ample free parking. The wifi was strong and free, and the noise level was low, despite being near the basketball court. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the complimentary buffet breakfast served at the nearby clubhouse was a great added convenience. The location was perfect, as it was close to the business district. this hotel felt more like a cozy condo than a typical hotel room.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
