I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Houston East for a quick overnight stop during a road trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The complimentary amenities were a huge bonus - free dinner with alcohol choices, a wide variety of breakfast options, and even free laundry facilities. The room had everything we needed, including curtains that blocked out outside light and a fully stocked kitchenette. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a pool, fitness center, and a lovely patio area. a fantastic value for the price.

The hotel had great wifi and TV channels. the breakfast was really good with plenty of options to choose from, and it was included in the price. the rooms were also really spacious with comfortable beds. Location was perfect and the parking was free.

The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and we found hair on the shower wall and on the floor. the towels also had a weird smell.

Super safe neighborhood, free parking, and free use of laundry machines. Clean rooms, amazing soft bed and pillows, soft towels. Enjoyed pool, breakfast, and pantry. Close to places needed to go. Great pool, fitness center, complimentary breakfast. Beautiful patio. Room had everything needed like soaps, cooking utensils, hair dryer.

The hotel is conveniently located near necessary places, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows that are so soft, you'll want to take them home. The towels are also soft, making for a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy the pool and delicious breakfast, as well as take advantage of the pantry. The hotel also provides full size soaps and shampoo, and the rooms offer ample space with a couch for extra comfort.

Some staff members seemed unsure of themselves and there was an incident with the laundry where clothes were misplaced.
