We had a wonderful stay at this hotel , exceptional staff, fantastic breakfast, cozy beds, and all the amenities of home. the convenient location very close to the airport made our travel experience stress, free, and the included transportation services for drop, offs and pick, ups were a great added convenience. the cleanliness of the rooms and the various hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Cons: No faults whatsoever.

The labeling of the garbage cans in the kitchen area was not very clear, causing confusion and frustration. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to how wonderful our overall experience was at this hotel.

There may be delays with the airport shuttle service, as one guest had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

My room wasn’t ready at check-in, even though it was after 3:30 pm. But the staff quickly resolved the issue and gave me a smaller room, which was still comfortable. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe, which was a relief. The complimentary breakfast provided by Ms. Debb in the lobby was amazing, and her positive energy brightened my mornings. The location was convenient for my layover and the complimentary transportation service was greatly appreciated.

The pantry was empty, with no drinks or ice available. The description mentioned bathtubs and spa tubs, but there were none in the hotel.
