We had a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites for the Midwest Horse Fair! The staff, especially Faye, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The 24-hour clean swimming area was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast hours on weekends were perfect for our schedule. The room was super clean with a convenient kitchenette. We also loved the extra towels provided in the pool area. we fully intend to stay here every time we visit Madison!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Mary, the night staff person, was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were very clean and well kept. The location was perfect, just outside of the downtown area with restaurants and shops in walking distance. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, both cold and hot. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and even remembered us from previous visits. One time, I had an emergency consultation with a physician and the hotel's business center provided all the necessary resources for us to conduct the consultation in complete privacy. The staff truly made our stay exceptional.

The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring downtown activities, with easy access to the Old Middleton area and close proximity to the highway. The rooms are clean and comfortable with separate bedrooms and flat screen TVs. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a variety of options and has a small shop for basic items and snacks. Additionally, the hotel provides a shuttle service to pick up guests from the airport.

The in-room coffee was not enjoyable, but there are alternative options available nearby.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Middleton for 11 days over the holidays and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel's attention to detail and value for money were outstanding. The location, situated in a very nice neighborhood with a brewery nearby, was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped with a full small kitchen and a comfortable queen bed. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the basic amenities provided. it was a great stay.

The hotel had a clean and comfortable room, with a nice bed and linens. the staff was pleasant and helpful. the location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. the free food and alcohol served in the evenings were a nice touch. the hotel also had a shuttle service that was very accommodating.

The road noise from the nearby highway was a major drawback. Not all rooms had this problem, but it was noticeable in some.

The best! Stayed here for a weekend and had a fantastic time. Free airport shuttle saved us tons of money. Plus, the free laundry was so convenient, no need to bring quarters. the cleaning service was top-notch and the front desk even gave us a free toiletry. Hilariously, they were updating the mattresses during our stay but the contractors were polite and we had a good laugh. great experience!

The only downside was that our booked king suite wasn't available and we had to settle for a smaller bed and pull-out. Front desk didn't handle the issue well and there was no manager on duty.

The in-room amenities were enjoyable: coffee pot, microwave popcorn. The layout of the room was great for relaxing and TV watching. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was convenient for walking to dinner and exploring nice neighborhoods.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Middleton. The cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the parking was convenient. The location, right in the "downtown" area of this city, was perfect for my training. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff were helpful in suggesting nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering more food than anticipated.
