The staff is exceptional, breakfast is outstanding, modern and clean rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location near a dollar store.

Despite the noisy AC unit, the suite was spacious enough for a family with small children and the bed was mostly clean. The breakfast had decent options and the hot tub was a highlight of the facilities. Also, the helpful staff compensated for any mistreatment by offering a $50 refund.

The attendants should be more vigilant in checking the breakfast area and restocking items.

As a solo traveler, I loved my recent stay at Staybridge Suites in Phoenix! The spacious suite with a full kitchen and large TV made me feel right at home. The free breakfast was excellent, and the pool was great for a refreshing swim. The hotel also had a fitness center with cardio machines and dumbbells, perfect for a quick workout. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and other parts of the city. the facilities and amenities provided by Staybridge Suites were top-notch.

The hotel was in a great location - close to the airport and some shopping areas. The complimentary breakfast was an excellent way to start the day with delicious hot items. The room was spacious, and with the amenities provided, including free internet access, large TV, and laundry facilities, it was a real home away from home. the fitness center, though not fully equipped, contained enough equipment for a decent workout.

Some aspects of the stay could have been better. The check-in process was somewhat confusing as, despite receiving an email with a specific check-in time, upon arrival, we were told that check-in was an hour later.
