I couldn't believe it when I walked into my room and saw that I had direct access to the free laundry facility on the third floor. It was so convenient to be able to do my laundry without having to leave my suite. The room itself was incredibly spacious with a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen area. Everything was spotless and appeared to be newly renovated. The two televisions with a large selection of channels were a nice bonus. The hotel was also very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The complimentary dinner on select nights was a pleasant surprise and the evening host was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast spread had a variety of options including meat, eggs, fresh fruit, and waffles. The fact that the hotel was pet-friendly and still maintained cleanliness was impressive. The maid staff were super friendly, kind, and incredibly honest. I had one of the best stays I've ever had.

There were some issues with broken keycard locks on a few doors, which made them unusable. Additionally, the key cards needed to be rekeyed fairly often, which was a minor inconvenience.

Great value for money, and the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. The basic amenities are comfortable, including a kitchenette and sofa bed in the room, plus very comfortable beds. Breakfast is also a nice change from the standard hotel fare.
