The breakfast was a nice surprise, with a good variety of options including a Japanese breakfast and plenty of bacon. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious two bedroom option that was a good value for the price. the location was key, with easy access to shops and amenities.

The noise level was quite high, especially during the holiday season, making it difficult to sleep. the shuttle service to the airport was not available until 0800, which was inconvenient for early morning flights.

We loved the location of the hotel, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. Although our car was broken into, the staff was helpful and understanding. we recommend Sonesta for their great service and amenities.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. It was also a short drive to downtown Portland, which was convenient. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the pet fee was quite expensive and one of the highest I have come across.

We arrived very late after a long travel day, but the staff was friendly and efficient. the kitchen had a full-size fridge, which was important to us. the hotel's location allowed us to easily explore both Vancouver and Portland.

The shower was dirty, and the silverware and dishes needed to be rewashed. the carpet, especially behind the doors, was dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location was very convenient for visiting family and exploring the area, with easy access to major highways and Portland just across the river.

During my stay at Sonesta, the check-in process was smooth and I was welcomed with delicious complimentary cookies. The room I stayed in had a queen bed and a sofa bed, along with a well-equipped kitchen. I appreciated the convenience of having a separate sink outside the bathroom. Despite some noise during New Year's Eve, the noise was muffled and didn't disturb my sleep. The breakfast provided was simple but tasty and the dining area was clean. I had a good experience at Sonesta.

The hotel's location in an residential area provides a peaceful ambiance away from the hustle and bustle of the business center. The rooms are spacious and come equipped with a full-size fridge, pots, and utensils. Additionally, the bed is comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks proper lighting at the entrance to its laundry room, and guests have to go outside in the rain to access it, which is not ideal.

The breakfast was always good, and it was served before 7 AM every day. The dinners and free wine and beer socials were fantastic. The little kitchenette in the room was great, and I loved that the bedroom was separated from the living area. The location was convenient to my family that I was visiting in the area. The hotel facilities were spotless, and I enjoyed the pool and patio/grill area. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Complete kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Grassy pet area for traveling with pets. Breakfast has Japanese options, good omelette, tasty waffles, and plenty of bacon. Comfortable bed and spacious, clean room with a variety of dishes and glassware. Good value for money.

The breakfast and social hour were awesome. the entire suite with a separate bedroom was great. Also, the grilling area and lounge lobby area were enjoyable. One of the best aspects was the location, which was convenient for our activities. We also appreciated the efforts of the staff in trying to be helpful.

The pool was closed until June, which was disappointing. Additionally, the love seat in the room was uncomfortable, causing nerve and lower back pain.
