We loved this place! It is in a great location, close to public transport and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room amenities and facilities were great, including heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The room was also very comfortable with a sitting area and flat-screen TV. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved the funky pineapple decor in the lobby! Our room was small, but tastefully designed with a comfy bed and great streaming options. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We especially enjoyed the complimentary pineapple shaped cookies. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated hotel close to Penn station. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a huge TV and great lighting. The bathroom had good water pressure and hot water. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport from Penn Central.

The snack options in the lobby were limited and uninteresting.

Traveling to celebrate my wife's birthday, we stayed at Staypineapple for 3 nights. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with chocolates and champagne upon arrival. They were friendly and eager to assist with recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, attractions and the subway. The cookies provided were a delightful bonus. Despite being on the 19th floor, there was no noise disturbance, making for a peaceful stay.

We recently had a fabulous stay at a trendy and vibrant hotel in Midtown. Staypineapple, with its generous room size and funky color scheme, provided a unique and enjoyable experience. the hotel's location near Penn Central made it convenient for us to use public transportation from the airports. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with loading our car. We loved the zany theming, from pineapple yellow bathrobes to the clean and trendy bathrooms. the in-room coffee making facilities and complimentary water and coffee were also a nice touch. Plus, the $10 resort fee was easily used at the reception area snacks bar.

As a first time solo traveler, I felt very safe and cared for at Staypineapple. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to tourist areas by walking or subway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the extra touches like flavored water in the lobby and coffee with decorative biscuits in the afternoon. The room on the 9th floor was quiet, with a comfortable bed, updated amenities, and a unique bathroom design.
