Upon arriving at Sterling Hotel & Suites, we were thrilled to find a warm and comfortable room waiting for us. The receptionist, Tyrone, went the extra mile to ensure we had a ground floor room, which was greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed having a fireplace in our room, although we didn't end up using it because the heater kept us nice and toasty. The full kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare dinner and keep our food fresh. The location was convenient with restaurants within walking distance. we had a pleasant stay and will consider staying here again in the future when traveling through the area.

As longer-term business travelers, we were impressed with the spacious and clean rooms at The Sterling. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The kitchenette, although unused by us, was a great addition to have. The location near the interstate was convenient for getting back on the road quickly, and having The Filling Station and other eateries close by was a definite plus. a comfortable and convenient stay.

I recently stayed at the Sterling Hotel in Clive for a few nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was well updated and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were actually former apartments or long-term stay spaces, complete with a full kitchen. The big screen TV on a swivel was a great touch, and although the breakfast lacked in protein choices, my blueberry Belgium waffle was delicious. The hotel's location was also convenient, with many food and shopping options nearby.

We loved the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, large fridge, and plenty of silverware, dishes. The staff was helpful and always available when we needed anything. The two full bathrooms in the room were clean and comfortable.
