We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel nestled in a serene and green area. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking, especially with the vibrant foliage. The staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were delighted to find a welcome box of snacks waiting for us at check-in, a lovely touch that added to our overall experience. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered great services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which made our stay even more convenient.

The moment I walked into Chateau Merrimack, I was instantly captivated by the charming atmosphere. The aroma of a wood fire welcomed me, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The location of the hotel is in a very nice green area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. By the time dinner was over, everything had cooled down and we could enjoy a comfortable room. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. Neg: The cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement.

I always return for my city break stays. First morning, staff kindly helped with wake-up call. the place has all I need: Free Wi-Fi, parking, spa, fitness center, on-site dining, and more. Perfect spot with great service every visit.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my experience. there were some communication issues with the staff, such as the phone not working and delays in receiving my breakfast order.

The lounge area was quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing in front of the fireplace. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a great addition, and the grounds were large and peaceful. The upscale restaurant had reasonable prices and the atmosphere was impressive. As a business traveler, I appreciated these facilities and amenities.
