The outdoor pool was a blast and the kids loved mini-golf right outside our door! I felt like a queen in that huge, high-pressure shower after a long day of adventures. Plus, the location is super convenient with shops and restaurants close by!

There are plenty of activities for kids and adults alike, from pools to games. The location is perfect for visiting attractions, and there’s a shuttle service if you don't want to drive.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but totally worth it for the convenience and fun.

I was truly impressed by how everything I needed was so close, from fantastic onsite restaurants to a grocery store just a few steps away, making my stay incredibly convenient; plus, the spacious suite had a full kitchen that was perfect for cooking up meals. The family activities by the pool were a hit with my kids, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything, but a bit more clarity on some extra charges would have been nice!

The pools are well-maintained and the amenities plentiful. expect issues with check-in timings and a lack of responsiveness from guest services. Dining options need improvement; bland food and strange policies around resort credits overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable experience. Activities were often unavailable or overcrowded. While the units have decent appliances, outdated decor and basic kitchen utensils were lacking. With convenient access to nearby attractions, there's potential. But be prepared for some disappointing surprises. A solid option for families, but clarity and consistency in service would elevate it significantly.

The condo was very well equipped, featuring a spacious en-suite with a spa bath and access to a lovely pool. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean, but the lack of a microwave was inconvenient; I had to trek downstairs every time. The large pools were fantastic, especially for my little one, and the mini-golf was a hit. the front desk experience was disappointing. Long waits and unhelpful interactions soured things a bit. Some noise issues from above and a mix-up with linens added to the frustrations. But the amenities and overall atmosphere were great!

Summer Bay Orlando offers a superb location with easy access to Disney and Universal. The resort boasts lovely pools, mini golf, and playgrounds, perfect for kids. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit was a real plus for our family. a memorable stay!

We had a frustrating experience with no hot water for hours. After lugging our bags up to the second floor, we found out the boiler was broken. We waited all night and were never given any real help by the staff.

The poolside room and activities kept our family entertained and happy.

So many fun activities here! The room was super comfy with air conditioning, a balcony, and a full kitchen. Loved the hot tub and fitness center. Clean pools, spacious grounds, and friendly staff everywhere! Our girls had a blast at the water park. Just a little issue with a hair clog in the sink. fantastic place!

Our family had a blast at the resort, within a short drive to all the major attractions like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. The free shuttle service made getting around convenient. We enjoyed the water activities like jet skiing and canoeing, keeping our kids entertained all day.

My wife says that clearer information on kids activities would be helpful.
