We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo we rented was completely re-done and felt like being in paradise. The beds were very comfortable, and the furnishings were nice. The daily maid service was a nice touch, and the beach staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with umbrellas and chairs. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the bar and restaurant on-site served delicious food. We even indulged in some yummy ice cream for the kids.

The only downside we found was the distance from our condo to the main building, where the restaurants were located. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

The resort offered a variety of family-friendly activities, such as poolside bingo, which my kids loved. The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating, with special mentions to Anthony, Chris, Kyla, Jean, David.- The resort had clean and well-kept areas, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of their rooms, including musty smells, dirty silverware, and outdated furnishings. There were complaints about the unhelpful and snooty attitude of certain staff members, particularly at check-in.

The room was not up to par with broken furniture, a malfunctioning TV, and a stained and broken toilet seat. the service was also lacking, with uninterested and unhelpful front desk staff and slow and forgetful servers at the on-site restaurant.
