During my Christmas stay at this motel, I loved the spaciousness of the room. the layout with the separate twin bed area and kitchenette was very convenient. the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the motel was in a great location, with easy access to the water parks and Old Orchard Beach.

One downside of the motel was the noticeable smell of smoke in the rooms. Although the pillows and bed sheets were fresh and clean, the smoke smell was a bit off-putting.
