I had an incredible family vacation at a charming resort in a beautiful destination. The pool was perfect for both the little ones and the adults, and the service and food were outstanding. Our 3 bedroom cottage was spacious and provided a lovely space for spending time together. One of the highlights was when the resort manager went out of their way to get Children's Benadryl for my grandson who had an allergic reaction. The location, weather, and service were all top-notch. We will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this resort.

Had an amazing New Year's celebration at this luxurious resort! Loved the convenience of the water taxi shuttles to the nearby island. We could easily stock up on groceries and enjoy the fully, equipped kitchen in our cottage. Also, the complementary breakfast baskets were a delightful touch.

The pool area was not well, maintained in the mornings, with trash from late partiers. It would have been great if there was a shop on the island for necessities.

Great value for the money! The room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well-kept. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff treated us like royalty, making our anniversary extra special.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

My recent stay at Sunset Key Cottages was absolutely delightful! The property is stunning and well-maintained, and the cottages offer beautiful ocean views. The daily breakfast basket with fresh croissants and muffins was a lovely touch. The staff at the pool and beach area were attentive and provided top-notch service. The cottages and homes at this resort have beautiful landscaping. The staff at both Westins were accommodating. Valet parking was convenient. The boat service to the old city was on time. The pool size was balanced for the number of guests staying.

The cottages were super comfortable, perfect for our big family. The poolside treats and breakfast basket were a delightful touch. Sunset dinner at Latitudes was simply amazing. The boat rides were convenient and always on time. The staff, particularly the man who checked us in, were great. The resort's landscaping was beautiful and the valet parking made arrival and departure easy.

We recently had a romantic escape in Key West and it was absolutely incredible! the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the sunset and a beautiful beach just steps away. We loved being able to relax on the beach and take in the breathtaking scenery. And the fact that the hotel offered complimentary water and fresh fruit every morning was a nice touch! Another advantage of this hotel was the excellent service. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that our every need was taken care of. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were not as impressive. the housekeeping service was lacking attention to detail.

The location of the hotel was great, secluded enough to feel relaxed but still close to the main island for food and fun. the pool service provided by Danilo and Aaron was exceptional, they were friendly and provided great service. Hanging out with them was a highlight of the trip.

The beach service was not up to par, the staff seemed overwhelmed and took a long time to take drink orders. It felt like they were avoiding us at times.

The cottages are beautifully decorated and spacious, with TV in every room and free wifi throughout. the wraparound porch with rocking chairs and ceiling fans was a great place to relax. the breakfast hamper delivered every morning was a nice touch, with fresh berries, yogurt, and assorted fruits. the location of the cottages being just a short boat ride away from the main area was convenient and allowed for a peaceful stay away from the busy city.

There were some issues that marred the experience. the air conditioning in the front room was not adequate, despite multiple attempts by staff to fix it.
