I had a wonderful stay at Super 8! Jill greeted me with her pleasant personality, and my room on the third floor was clean and fresh. The carpet and walls looked new, and the bathroom had new towels and a shower curtain. The firm mattress, clean sheets, and nice pillows ensured a restful sleep. With easy highway access and nearby restaurants and gas station, I highly recommend this hotel!

Jill at the front desk was amazing with her friendly attitude and smiling face. My room on the third floor was clean and had a fresh smell. The new carpet, painted walls, and clean bathroom with new towels and shower curtain impressed me. The firm mattress, clean sheets, and nice pillows made for a comfortable sleep. The hotel's location near the highway and close to restaurants and a gas station was convenient. I highly recommend this Super 8 and would stay here again.

The hotel's cleanliness was spotless, from the clean rooms to the pool. The staff went above and beyond, especially the friendly and accommodating receptionist. The location was conveniently close to restaurants and gas stations, providing easy access to the highway.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice king bed, a small table with 2 chairs, and a desk. It also had a small refrigerator and a microwave, which were convenient for storing and heating food. I particularly enjoyed the flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the hotel's location right next to I-40 @ the Peavine exit was great for visiting friends or family in the area.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included despite being mentioned during the reservation process. Another negative aspect of my stay was that the heat in our room was not turned on, and even when we were offered another room, it had the same issue.

The Super 8 in Crossville had great breakfast options, including tasty eggs and waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch and created a cheerful atmosphere for our stay.
