The room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and pillows. the water in the bathroom got hot quickly, which was great. the location of the hotel was ideal, conveniently located near key attractions. One more advantage was the complimentary breakfast offered, which was satisfactory.

The staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and lacked basic customer service skills.

The lobby area was cozy and had a great theme. The updates throughout the building were impressive and everything was in working order. Breakfast as a family was a fun experience, especially making waffles. it was the best hotel experience I've had in years.

The room was clean, but the smell of smoke pervaded the rest of the facility. It would be beneficial to have a designated smoking area. The room itself was small, but the hotel had a range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, spa, and a complimentary soup in the evenings. The staff were friendly and the hotel was pet-friendly with a grassy area for pets. It is also located near a good restaurant and close to Virginia. a clean and cozy place to stay.
