convenient elevator access, clean outdoor landscape grounds, affordable parking space

The elevator was out of order during my stay, and I wasn’t notified until check-in!!! The outlets were too loose, making charging a hassle.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

I faced several issues during my stay. The beds in the accessibility room were uncomfortably high, making it difficult to transition in and out. Additionally, the outlets were loose, which made charging my devices precarious. some even fell out. The bathroom door and room door did not shut properly, leading to concerns over privacy and security.

i must say, the miscommunication was astonishing. i wasn’t told about the broken elevator until check-in, and no one mentioned the hot tub was out of order—absolutely frustrating! if only i had been treated like a guest who mattered, a complimentary upgrade might’ve redeemed it. nearly gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I loved the indoor pool and hot tub. My room had an air conditioning unit, flat-screen TV, microwave, and nice seating area. The bathroom was clean with free toiletries. The staff were helpful. Snacks fit well in the refrigerator. Breakfast was decent, too. Glad I found this place!

The room had a small refrigerator that was already cold, which was a nice touch for storing snacks and drinks.

I was disappointed to find out that the hot tub was out of order during my stay, which I hadn't been informed about prior to arrival.

the staff at super 8 were incredibly welcoming and helpful! the indoor pool was a hit, and the breakfast offered more than expected, including biscuits and gravy. it's conveniently located near a homestyle café and a gas station.

could use some brighter lighting in the rooms. ✨

The location is super convenient, right off the highway, making it easy to access. The hotel has a refreshing indoor pool perfect for a quick dip after a long day. I also appreciate that they are a pet-friendly hotel, which is a huge plus for travelers with furry companions.

The breakfast options could use more variety over consecutive days.

The Queen Room was comfy and clean, which was nice. The beds were okay, but I could've used more pillows for extra coziness. I loved that the shampoo and body wash were high quality! Breakfast was good – the eggs were perfect, but the options got a bit repetitive after a few days. The only downside was the outdated TV. Overall, a solid place to crash during a road trip.

So, we showed up after a long drive and Kathy at the front desk was really a lifesaver, she made the check-in smooth as butter. Apart from that, Aimie the morning staff handled breakfast chaos like a champ, even with a million folks trying to get the same thing.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it for a family stopover.
