The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like a cozy couch in the nook and a good selection for breakfast, including the option to make your own waffles.

There were some issues with the room reservations. One guest had to argue with management to get the room they had booked online, causing unnecessary frustration and disappointment.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean pool and hot tub area. Staff unlocked the dining area for us to hang out and eat pizza. Can't say enough about the super-friendly staff! ! Short drive to nearby attractions.

Our recent stay at a hotel in Petoskey was a pleasant surprise. We were initially worried about noise, being near the stairway, but it turned out to be incredibly quiet. the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, making for a relaxing stay. We compared it to a more expensive hotel we stayed at previously and found the Americinn to be nicer, cleaner, and quieter. the pool area was also a highlight – it was so nice! We were impressed overall and will definitely choose this hotel again for our family.

The staff at Americinn were excellent, providing us with a clean and bright environment. the King suite we rented exceeded our expectations, as it was huge and even had a full kitchen and spacious living room. the complementary breakfast was conveniently located nearby, and we enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub. the location was great, close to restaurants and shopping, but still offering a nice view of Little Traverae Bay from the second floor. a friendly staff and perfect location for our visit to Petoskey.

We really appreciated the reserved parking for veterans as it made us feel safe and valued. The breakfast was amazing, especially the sausage egg muffin sandwich and biscuits and sausage gravy.
