Our room was infested with cockroaches, forcing us to leave within an hour. The moldy-smelling room and unexpected cash deposit requirement were major disappointments.

The staff went above and beyond, allowing early check-in and a later check-out, with exceptional service and genuine friendliness. The free breakfast was satisfying, and the location was central. Despite firm beds, we had a clean, pet-friendly room and appreciated the impressive hot breakfast selection. Great stay overall!

The room was exceptionally clean, passed a bed bug check, and had a great view. The front desk staff was helpful with recommendations, and the breakfast was perfect - not too much, not too little. The proximity to fireworks displays behind the hotel and at the nearby theme park added to a great stay.

I booked last minute and found a great deal with convenient location. The pet policy was satisfactory for my small dog. The breakfast had a good selection and the room was comfortable with a nice shower. Close to Dollywood, it's a great choice for families. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and nearby attractions like Tennessee XXX Moonshine and Big Top Arcade provided enjoyable family bonding experiences.

I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities available 24/7, it was a nice touch. One thing that disappointed me was the lack of attention to detail in the pet-friendly room we stayed in. There was fur from other animals all over the bed, pillows, and even on the furniture, forcing us to go out and purchase our own bedding. The room also had a strong, unpleasant smell of carpet cleaner, making it uncomfortable for everyone in our group. I did have a positive interaction with the front desk staff when I raised these concerns, and they were apologetic and friendly. The breakfast offered was good, and the free coffee, tea, and water were convenient amenities. the experience was dampened by my friend's room issues, including a malfunctioning refrigerator and a smoking hairdryer. The staff member we encountered during check-in was also quite rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process more challenging than it needed to be. In terms of maintenance, the bathroom light flickered, and the shower head was not functioning correctly, but the staff promptly fixed these issues once reported.

The local culinary treasures near Super 8 were pure gold. Dive into crispy fish and ice cream dreams just steps away. Plus, the hotel's comfy rooms and proximity to the Smoky Mountains wowed our socks off.

The only thing I noticed is the breakfast dining area is small, but even that couldn't dim the delish experience.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable with spacious rooms and a good selection at breakfast. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests; however, the initial access to the hotel was a bit confusing. It would be beneficial to improve the signage for easier navigation.

The breakfast was the best I've had, staff were AMAZING. Clean rooms. the location is perfect, so busy but convenient for local areas. Would stay again. Breakfast better than photos!
