At my first stay, the staff helped with bags. I keep coming back for the perfect fit - Wi-Fi, car park, late check-in, fitness center. This place has it all. I'm excited to return for Christmas.

The rail - The location next to the rail turned out to be a real game-changer during my stay. It was like having a magical portal to whisk me away to the most exciting places in Houston. Just a hop, skip, and a jump on the rail and I found myself at the Museum District, Houston Zoo, and even downtown Macy's.

The accessibility for senior guests was truly appreciated and made our stay so much more enjoyable.

I would ask for better vacation experiences for senior people, perhaps if the children of the staff could ensure quieter hallways during the night.

We caught a thrilling Astros game and then partied it up at a Rockets match. Plus, the short drive to the Herman Park Golf Playground was just what we needed for some outdoor fun.

It would have been even better if the hotel had a lively on-site bar for us young party animals to keep the fun going after our city adventures!

Great location for medical appointments, close to hospitals with a shuttle service to the complex. The hotel had modern rooms, spacious and clean, with excellent customer service and safe parking. The indoor pool entertained my kids and the daily breakfast was a plus for quick mornings. However, elevator out of service causing minor inconvenience but was rectified promptly by the helpful staff. a comfortable, family-friendly stay👍.

The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, and the breakfast area was large and inviting. the hotel provided excellent customer service, a comfortable room, and a satisfying breakfast experience.

This place is located in a great area, very close to the Texas Medical Center district. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was efficient. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities. this place provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We would recommend this hotel to all.
