We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff. The hotel facilities, including the heated pool and spa, were a delight. The location was also ideal, just a short walk away from the beach access. We loved the little sitting area and kitchenette in the room, which provided extra comfort and convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

It was so convenient to be able to easily access both. the hotel staff was also very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the pool area, which was well-maintained and provided a relaxing space to unwind.

the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. the floors in our room were dirty, and walking barefoot resulted in black feet.

The rooms were spacious and clean, providing enough space for the whole family. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which had an ocean view and three televisions. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to both the beach and the boardwalk. It made it convenient for us to enjoy the attractions and the beautiful beach. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They were always available to assist us with any requests or questions we had during our stay.

The pool water was quite cold, and the temperature seemed to be adjusted by adding cold water daily, which made the ocean water warmer in comparison. the TV in the living room was a bit small, and we were disappointed that there was no TV in the bedroom.

We had a great value for our money at Surf Song Beach Resort. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The location was awesome, just steps away from the boardwalk and close to the beach. The staff treated us well, with the exception of a minor hiccup during check-in which was quickly resolved.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better at the hotel was having more variety in the options provided.

Big rooms, great location right by the beach and boardwalk. the kitchen and living room area was a nice addition. Good amenities, with two pools and a jacuzzi. the pools were always clean and there were always available chairs. the daily maid service was a plus, providing fresh towels and cleaning supplies. the sun deck on the 5th floor had a nice view and there were BBQs available for use. the price was affordable considering the size of the rooms and the location.

The carpets in the rooms could have been cleaner. the jacuzzi was not very warm.
