My friends and I stayed at this lovely lodge for a few days before our Denali climb. The setting beside the Susitna River was perfect for recharging, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. We were able to easily access the restaurants in downtown Talkeetna. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed for cooking, including a mini fridge and a microwave. The check-out time of noon was very convenient for us.

The rooms are tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and equipped with everything you need. The shared living area is perfect for group conversations. Highly recommended.

Located near a river with beautiful views of Mt. Denali, this lodge offers cozy rooms and cabins. The friendly staff is attentive to guests' needs and there are nearby restaurants and shops. Great for families with a loft area for children and a park across the road. Will definitely return in the future.

I recently stayed at a beautiful property with stunning river views. The room was spacious, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful night's sleep. The owners were welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the area. The property also had convenient transportation options and a lovely lobby with complimentary tea and coffee. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting this scenic location.

While there wasn't breakfast provided, the room had a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, and toaster, allowing for the option to prepare our own meals. Additionally, the bed in our room was a bit too soft for our preference, but that's subjective as we are accustomed to sleeping on firmer mattresses.

Susitna River Lodge provided excellent value for the money. The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the river and mountains, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also great, within walking distance to town.

The food for breakfast could have been more varied and flavorful.

We had a great time during our stay at the lodge! the room was fabulous, with an amazing view of the river. It was so peaceful and quiet, allowing us to recharge and relax. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the restaurants and attractions in the town. We also loved the fact that the room had everything we needed for cooking. It was so convenient to be able to prepare our own meals. a fantastic experience!

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the beds weren't that comfortable.

It was a beautiful place to stay, definitely warm and inviting. Our children loved the loft area and my family as well as my sister's family were thoroughly impressed with everything about it. There was also a great little park right across the road. We will definitely be back with our family!

I had a fantastic stay at this lodge! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax. The location by the river provided a beautiful view, which I loved even though it was raining during my stay. The hotel facilities, such as the picnic tables and rocking chairs on the porch, looked inviting and would have been perfect to enjoy in nicer weather. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel special throughout my stay. Additionally, the proximity to town made it convenient to explore the shops and restaurants. The availability of coffee and snacks was a nice touch.

The lodge itself is located in a peaceful area with a beautiful view of the river. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay in this city. I also appreciated the book, brochure, and video collection available in the communal area, which helped me plan my activities.
