I stayed at Swann House for a few nights during a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The inn is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. The staff were friendly and always available to help with anything I needed. I loved the little touches like the complimentary sherry and snacks in the afternoon/evenings. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was always plenty of food. The individually themed and furnished rooms added a unique touch to my stay. The location was convenient and there were lovely additional touches like enjoying a glass of sherry on the balcony while watching dogs play in the dog park. it felt like a home away from home with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The service was top-notch and we were even offered a congratulatory bottle of champagne upon our arrival. the experience here was fantastic.

During my stay at this place, I was impressed with the location which provided the perfect view of the dog park with a lot of fun action to be had. The surrounding area is picturesque and has many shops and restaurants which are easy to walk to. The service here is top-notch, with the staff appearing to be paid by the smile. They were incredibly helpful with wedding planning and local restaurants, proving to be perfect hosts throughout the whole weekend. The room amenities were excellent, including heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, terrace. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne that was offered upon our arrival.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. It truly provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
